Supervision for Entry-Level Technicians (ABAT, RBT, IBT)
For those beginning their journey in Applied Behavior Analysis:
Supervision Requirements:
ABAT: 15 hours of supervised fieldwork with 5% supervision; at least 1.5 hours must be in-person or via live video conferencing.
RBT: Ongoing supervision for a minimum of 5% of the hours spent providing behavior-analytic services per month.
IBT: Receive 10 Hours of Supervision
Our Approach:
Monthly supervision sessions, including at least one in-person or live video meeting.
Focus on developing foundational skills in behavior analysis.
Use of QABA / BACB / IBAO compliant supervision logs and verification forms.
Supervision for Mid-Level Practitioners (QASP-S, BCaBA)
For professionals advancing in their ABA careers: Supervision Requirements:
QASP-S: 1,000 hours of supervised fieldwork with 5% supervision every 3-month period; supervision periods may not extend beyond 30 days.
BCaBA: 1,300 hours of supervised fieldwork with 5% supervision; at least 50% of supervised hours must be individual.

Supervision for Advanced Practitioners (QBA, BCBA, IBA)
Supervision Requirements:
QBA: 2000 hours of supervised fieldwork with 5% supervision every 3-month period; at least 900 hours must be in a supervisory role or program development.
BCBA: Option of 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork with 5% supervision or 1,500 hours of concentrated supervised fieldwork with 10% supervision; at least 60% of fieldwork hours must be in unrestricted activities.
IBA: 1,000 hours of supervised fieldwork
